'The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing. . . I cannot teach anybody anything. I can only make them think' ― Socrates

Our Aims:

  • To provide a space for the creation and discussion of art across all mediums.
  • To work outside the administrative and regulatory boundaries that confine institutional approaches to teaching the applied humanities.
  • To provide a platform for high quality teachers, practitioners and speakers from Berlin and internationally.
  • To promote the value of face to face learning and to foster an environment of discursive, collaborative education - we understand learning as a communal experience, which best happens through free conversation between peers and mentors.
  • To focus on the evolution of creative work and thought, rather than certificates, awards and outcomes.

We Offer:

  • Tailor made trans-disciplinary workshops for pre existing groups
  • Artist talks and studio visits
  • Focused career development and mentoring for emerging and mid career artists with experts in the field
